Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of technical audit experience in public accounting; 2 in managerial role.
• CPA is required.
• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct field work on financial statement audit engagements and planning.
• Schedule and monitor engagement progress against budgets and due dates.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; review work before Partners' review.
• Own client relationships and work product.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support cross-services growth.
• Contribute to practice development and new business opportunities.
