Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as a senior point of contact for their accounting and tax needs.
• Lead and review Corporate, Individual, Partnership and other business tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory support throughout the year.
• Work with clients on broader accounting, financial reporting and business matters.
• Support review and compilation engagements and other accounting-related assignments.
• Apply audit and accounting knowledge when working through complex client issues.
• Review financial statements and related client deliverables.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and additional areas where the firm can support clients.
• Work closely with Partners on client strategy, complex issues and service delivery.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Review work prepared by Managers, Seniors and Associates.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical development to junior team members.
• Assist with the development of less experienced professionals and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
• Support business development and identify opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Tax, Audit and other areas of the firm to provide an integrated client service.

Role: Senior Manager, Strategic Business solutions

Salary: upto $190,000 per year

Overview:

We are working with a growing CPA firm looking for a Senior Manager – Strategic Business Solutions to join its Andover team.

This is a broad-based role suited to an experienced Tax professional with strong generalist knowledge, including Corporate Tax, who also has some Audit / accounting experience.

The Strategic Business Solutions team works across a range of client needs, so this is not a traditional compliance-only Tax position. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, Partners and internal teams across Tax, Accounting and Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA required
• Previous experience working across Tax, Accounting and/or Audit
• Previous experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements
