Impact the Future of Landmark Construction: Lead Stakeholder Alignment at Carta Advisors

Imagine shaping the success of the nation's most complex and critical construction projects. Carta Advisors, LLC, backed by the century-plus legacy and robust resources of the Clark Group ($5B+ annual revenue), offers a unique leadership opportunity within our expanding Stakeholder Alignment Group. This isn't just a consulting role; it's a chance to be a pivotal force in a dynamic firm poised for significant growth, directly impacting transformative projects that shape communities.

The construction industry is evolving rapidly and faces growing complexity, unpredictable political and community dynamics, workforce limitations, and rising expectations from an increasing number of project stakeholders. Traditional project delivery often falls short, with less than 1% of mega-projects achieving on-time and on-budget completion. At Carta, we understand that

Stakeholder Alignment is the key to success. We specialize in building high-performing teams, fostering shared vision, resolving complex issues, and mitigating risk through stakeholder partnering, risk management, and project advisory services. As a trusted partner on iconic projects nationwide—spanning airports, advanced healthcare facilities, critical defense infrastructure, and vital transportation networks—Carta is leading a fundamental shift in how the industry collaborates and delivers, leaving an enduring positive impact on the communities we serve.

Carta Advisors: The Agility of a Growth Company, the Strength of an Industry Leader

Join a place where entrepreneurial spirit meets established stability. Carta offers the best of both worlds: the high-growth trajectory and impact potential of a startup, coupled with the security and resources of the Clark Group. You'll thrive within a supportive, collaborative team driven by innovation and a deep commitment to client success, directly influencing the outcomes of high-visibility, nationally significant construction endeavors. This is a rare opportunity to shape our company's future and your own, with significant career advancement potential.

Your Leadership Role: Fostering Collaboration and Driving Exceptional Outcomes

As a Senior Manager within our Stakeholder Alignment Group, you will be instrumental in ensuring client success and spearheading our firm's continued expansion. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Strategic Client Leadership: Lead and deliver impactful, customized stakeholder alignment services, including partnering facilitation, comprehensive risk assessments, and customized advisory solutions, consistently exceeding client expectations and achieving exceptional project results.

* Driving Strategic Growth: Cultivate and nurture executive-level client relationships, proactively identify strategic market opportunities, develop compelling and winning proposals, and play a central role in shaping and executing Carta's business development strategy.

* Developing Talent and Optimizing Delivery: Mentor and guide a team of talented consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services. You will also be responsible for overseeing and continuously refining our core operational and service delivery processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

* Shaping the Future of Our Practice: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to actively contribute to strategic planning, pioneer innovative new service offerings that address evolving market needs, and help chart the course for our growing advisory practice.

What You Bring:

*Embodiment of Impact, Relationships, Team, and Excellence

We are seeking a dynamic leader who aligns with our core values and brings the following qualities to the team.

*Relevant Industry Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in the construction or real estate development industries, or in management consulting with a focus on these sectors. Proven valuable experience includes direct jobsite construction exposure, sophisticated risk management methodologies, a strong understanding of project delivery models, application of Lean Construction principles, facilitation skills for diverse groups, and an understanding of project stakeholder perspectives.

*Exceptional Communicator and Influencer: Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage confidently and persuasively with C-suite executives and diverse stakeholder groups.

*Strategic and Operational Leader: Highly organized and results-oriented, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and complex projects. Demonstrated ability to strategically analyze business and operational challenges, implement effective improvements, and drive measurable results.

*Entrepreneurial and Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment, demonstrating comfort navigating ambiguity and a proactive approach to driving outcomes. Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a deep sense of ownership and accountability.

Ready to Build Your Legacy with Carta?

If you are a passionate and accomplished leader with exceptional relationship-building acumen, a drive for significant impact, and a desire to accelerate your career within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to apply and become a driving force in shaping the future of the construction industry
