Job description

USA Football, founded in 2002, designs and delivers premier educational, developmental, and competitive programs to lead, strengthen, and grow the sport of football.

As the sport’s National Governing Body (NGB), a member of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), and the United States’ sole delegate to the International Federation of American Football (IFAF), USA Football assembles and directs U.S. National Teams for international competition including, IFAF championships and international multisport competitions such as The World Games and the 2028 Summer Olympic Games.

As an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit, we also partner with leaders in medicine, child advocacy, and athletics to support positive football experiences for youth through adult amateur players.
