Excel Sports Management is seeking a seasoned sponsorship content lead based in New York or West Hollywood to develop integrated sponsorship platforms and compelling proposals.

You will work with sales, creative services, analytics and leadership to craft narratives, manage multiple projects, and present to clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, copywriting excellence, and strategic storytelling across sports partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of direct, relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to act as project lead for multiple projects and clients.
• Experience managing individuals and inspiring their growth and development.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Clear and effective copywriting and proofreading abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritising effectively and exercising flexibility.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; positive culture builder.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with clients, leadership, sales, creative services, analytics and other key departments to develop the sales materials required for every project.
• Lead the creative ideation process for properties and brand partners, developing customised sponsorship platforms and packages.
• Build narratives and storylines for corporate sales opportunities and structure impactful presentations.
• Write, review and proofread proposals, presentations and other documents with extraordinary attention to detail.
• Participate in client-facing meetings, business development pitches and brand presentations as needed.
• Organise team workflows and timelines while managing priorities with team leaders.
• Identify new tools and efficiencies to benefit the marketing solutions team and speed up material development.
• Collaborate with team members at all levels, serving as an essential resource across the division.
• Invest in personal growth and support peers and junior team members.
