Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college/school.
- Hold WA Pharmacist License upon hire.
- Hold OR Pharmacist License upon hire.
- Hold CA Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
- Minimum 5 years ambulatory pharmacy clinical experience.
- Minimum 3 years ambulatory clinical leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, implement, and optimize specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs.
- Provide clinical practice leadership and performance management.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure high‑quality care for complex patients.
- Lead program development within Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Oncology, and Anticoagulation services.
