Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive Product Requirements and Business Units.
Ensure customer success.
Drive Customer Support awareness through a transparent escalation plan.
Customer/Partner management.
Demonstrate ability to understand customer requirement and challenges and present related F5 solutions.
Provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives.
Manage the SE team including conducting performance evaluations, approving paid time-off, assigning or delegating work, providing on-the-job training, giving guidance to staff, conducting performance improvement plans, taking disciplinary action, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
Develop SE skills assessment and job planning.
