Job summary

Axon is seeking a Product Manager and Delivery Lead for its Finance Systems, overseeing consolidation, revenue management, close automation, and enterprise finance platforms. You will drive end-to-end implementation, requirements analysis, and data migration while ensuring regulatory compliance and system adoption.

You'll partner with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Eng to design scalable solutions, manage dependencies, and lead UAT, SIT, and release planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM implementations or related technical disciplines.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Experience with enterprise finance platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, RevStream, Hyperion, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and modernization of Finance Systems including consolidation, revenue management, and reporting platforms.
• Translate accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Lead UAT, SIT, release planning, cutover activities, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, and Architecture to design scalable finance solutions.
• Define governance for finance master data, chart of accounts, metadata, security roles, and data quality controls.
