Job summary

Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager to own Axon’s Finance Technology ecosystem, including consolidation, revenue management, close automation, reporting, and enterprise platforms. You’ll lead major upgrades and partner with Finance, IT, and Engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, data governance, integration strategies, and leading UAT/SIT, with a focus on scalability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM implementations, or related technical disciplines.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, stat reporting and data modeling.
• Experience leading large-scale finance system implementations.
• Experience with enterprise finance platforms (OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, RevStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and modernization of Finance Systems, including requirements analysis and data migration.
• Own governance for finance master data, chart of accounts, and data quality controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Finance stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Drive UAT, SIT, release planning, and production deployment.
• Ensure GAAP and ASC 606 alignment in system designs and reporting.
