Qualifications
- Architect enterprise software delivery with SAP and BRIM; optimize licensing and onboarding workflows.
- 12+ years in software transformation projects; 3+ years in management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field.
- Proven ability to automate end-to-end order-to-delivery processes.
- Experience supporting Customer Success metrics and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives across cloud, on-premise and hybrid SaaS/XaaS/Managed Services domains.
- Define requirements for monetized and non-monetized offerings, including beta programs.
- Develop business requirements for software systems with automated decision-making.
- Apply AI to automate operational workflows from post-ordering to renewals.
- Lead with curiosity, balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
