e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to lead the execution of rhode’s content creator program.

You will manage creator relationships, coordinate briefs, feedback, approvals and deadlines while collaborating with Creative, Editorial, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for beauty, creators, and evolving social trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends and creator landscape.
• Experience managing creator content and campaign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy and execution for rhode content creator program.
• Own and manage creator relationships within the content calendar.
• Coordinate briefing, feedback, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless creator experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track production timelines, budgets, and milestones; identify risks.
• Partner with Creative, Editorial, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Document content performance and learnings for optimization.
• Analyze social performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform changes and beauty trends.
