Qualifications

• Progressive experience in digital strategy or social media leadership within media/publisher or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio of creative direction across short-form social and platform-first strategies.
• Experience building market-ready digital products, pricing strategies, and pre-sale pitches.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision & Commercial Ownership – own the cross-functional social strategy with commercial accountability.
• Centralize Social Strategy – serve as the primary voice across Custom Content and Brand Advertising.
• Product & Pricing Strategy – design, price, and package scalable social products and paid distribution models.
• Early-Stage Pre-Sale Ideation – contribute to high-value pre-sale workflows from inception.
• Cross-Departmental Enablement – educate and enable sales, planning, and editorial teams to drive revenue.
• Creative Direction & Platform Expansion – lead omnichannel creative direction across social and other formats.
• Emerging Content Platforms – evaluate and test new platforms and formats to stay ahead of digital culture.
