Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field.
• 14 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or omni merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Experience with ecommerce tools and reporting platforms (PIM, Browse, GA4, Tableau) a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across functions and levels.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and deadline-driven.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Flexible to support off-hours production and business-critical site needs.

Responsibilities

• Digital merchandising of product categories with high accuracy, end-to-end product setup, category maintenance, and navigation updates.
• Audit/QA of PDPs, category pages, and shops for site accuracy.
• Own linking execution and maintenance of link libraries across owned traffic drivers.
• Provide QA of site updates and on-call support for content pushes, including off-hours when needed.
• Pull and organize daily/weekly site metrics and track performance trends.
• Translate KPIs into actionable insights and site improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, site ops, marketing, and strategy teams on launches and seasonal updates.
• Optimize search-related traffic, product copy, and site discoverability.
