The role oversees Mortgage Purchase Program, down payment assistance, and coordination with Compliance, Legal and Finance, requiring deep knowledge of mortgage financing, bonds, underwriting, and reporting to the Commission.

Qualifications

• Ten years of single-family mortgage operations experience.
• Experience with underwriting, closing, servicing, incl. mortgage-backed securities.
• Knowledge of state and local housing financing agencies.
• Strong financial analysis and budget development skills.
• Ability to present materials for Commission and committees.

Responsibilities

• Manage single-family operations of Mortgage Finance Division and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Supervise single-family personnel.
• Develop and coordinate training and orientation for mortgage programs.
• Evaluate applicants for Mortgage Purchase Program.
• Prepare quarterly reports to the Commission.
• Act as SME on single-family mortgage activities and programs.
