Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of financial services experience in mutual fund operation, custodian bank or asset manager.
• Solid understanding of risk frameworks and ability to design and lead processes ensuring a strong control environment.
• Focus on innovation and automation of current processes.
• Ability to influence decisions across all levels of management.
• Experience with defining workflows and coordinating with internal/external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
