Job summary

Accelerant is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Solvency II reporting function. You will own QRT production, capital calculations, and regulatory submissions, while championing automation and AI-driven process improvements.

You'll influence the evolution of the reporting cycle, working across data, finance and business teams to ensure audit-ready controls and compliant, timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• +5 years of hands-on Solvency II reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of QRT production, regulatory submissions and PRA/EIOPA requirements.
• Experience with Tagetik or a comparable reporting platform.
• Familiarity with SCR calculations and Solvency II Best Estimate/Risk Margin.
• Proven ability to build controls and documentation for audit readiness.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Interest in process improvement and AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end annual reporting schedule, data sourcing and timely QRT delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date processes with regulatory changes from PRA/EIOPA.
• Lead SCR calculations as part of Capital Management collaboration.
• Maintain data lineage, controls, and auditable documentation.
• Drive automation of reporting via Tagetik and related tools.
• Lead forums with senior stakeholders on Solvency data and process topics.
