Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager, Shareholder Reporting to lead regulatory reporting for SEC-registered funds. You will guide a team to deliver accurate, time-sensitive filings, while partnering with data, audit, and legal teams to streamline workflows and reduce risk.

You will mentor staff, drive controls, and champion automation opportunities in a fast-paced environment that supports Fidelity's funds and new investment products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in financial services with mutual funds/custodian/asset manager focus on regulatory reporting.
• Strong risk framework knowledge and ability to design and lead a strong control environment.
• Focus on innovation and ability to automate current processes.
• Ability to influence senior management quickly and accurately.
• Understanding of workflows and requirements of internal and external partners and systems.
• Experience assessing environmental impacts of initiatives and coordinating readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation capability.
