Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Servicing Operations – Transfers & Assumptions to lead and optimize contract transfers in a solar finance context. The role partners with Servicing Vendors, Operations, Risk and Compliance to ensure aligned processes and measurable outcomes.

The position supports multiple CA offices (Irvine, SF, Santa Clara) and Teaneck, NJ with in-office scheduling at the manager’s discretion; remote may be possible in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience including 6+ years of loan servicing
• 4+ years of managing or supervising customer service or servicing teams including third-party relationships
• Experience building and scaling transfer and assumption servicing operations with technology teams
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, UDAP)

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and implement standards for Transfers & Assumptions functions
• Establish KPIs to monitor performance and quality trends
• Lead QA forTransfers & Assumptions and drive continuous improvement
• Build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency
• Investigate gaps and implement corrective actions
• Develop lien filing/termination quality scorecards for Servicing partners
• Participate in new product rollouts ensuring readiness
• Ensure high-level internal/external customer service and issue resolution
