Job summary

The Nuclear Company is scaling its Services finance function and seeks a Senior Manager of Finance, Services to lead planning, forecasting, contract economics, and deal support. You will partner with Services leaders, build a finance team, and drive forecast accuracy while integrating acquisitions into a single operating model.

The role is hybrid, based in Columbia, SC or Washington, DC, with in-office work ~3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership.
• Experience partnering with operating P&L owners and translating strategy into financial outcomes.
• Demonstrated M&A finance exposure: diligence, deal models, integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Services operating leaders and P&L owners; own the financial narrative behind the Services P&L.
• Shape pricing, rate cards, bidding, and margin decisions.
• Deliver decision-quality analysis on job profitability, unit economics, labor utilization, backlog, and working capital.
• Lead monthly operating reviews with Services leadership.
