Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Services Architecture & Education to lead the Global Services Portfolio.

The role drives architecture, education strategy, and curricula across on-demand and instructor-led formats, aligning offerings with Tenable’s product roadmap and lifecycle changes. As part of the Services Portfolio Leadership Team, you will guide a team of Architects, set standards, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure scalable, high-quality consulting

Qualifications

• Senior Manager leads the Portfolio Architects within the Global Services Portfolio.
• Accountable for service design, Education strategy, offering creation, and curricula.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leadership to drive portfolio adoption and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, methodology, scope, and outcomes of consulting service offerings, and the technical requirements and validation behind them.
• Direct the creation of net-new offerings and Education against the quarterly roadmap.
• Lead improvements to existing services alongside the Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Lead.
• Set high-bar technical and instructional standards and manage capacity across creation, optimization, and maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance health and lifecycle of content with named asset owners.
• Collaborate with PS Product Champions, Portfolio Enablement & Creative, and other leaders to drive adoption.
