Job summary

Tenable is seeking a Senior Manager, Services Architecture & Education to lead Portfolio Architects and oversee the design of consulting services and Education curricula. You will drive architecture, offerings, and the Training Subscription model while aligning with the evolving product roadmap and governance standards.

You will manage a team of Architects, own education strategy for on-demand and instructor-led formats, and collaborate with product, enablement, and field teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security.
• 5+ years in vulnerability management and cybersecurity operations.
• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or related field.
• Proven experience setting Education strategy and curricula across on-demand, ILT, and hybrid formats.
• 3+ years of people management of technical/content teams.
• Exposure to full delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, implementation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, customer success, sales, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, methodology, scope, and outcomes of consulting services and Education programs.
• Direct creation of new offerings and Education aligned with quarterly roadmaps.
• Ensure technical content accuracy and alignment with product roadmap and governance.
• Set and maintain service design, content, and lab standards and templates.
