Job summary

Tenable is seeking a Senior Manager, Services Architecture & Education to lead the Portfolio Architects and drive the design, implementation, and governance of consulting services and education programs. You will own architecture, offering creation, and the On-Demand and Instructor-Led Training content to align with our product roadmap.

This role requires leadership across education strategy, curriculum ownership, and delivery lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale offerings

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in Information Security.
• 5+ years in vulnerability management and cybersecurity operations, preferably with the Tenable product suite.
• 7+ years of professional services, consulting, technical support, sales engineering, or technical training.
• Proven experience setting Education strategy and designing technical curricula across on-demand, instructor-led, and hybrid formats.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical, content, or consulting teams.
• Experience with the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
• Cross-functional program management experience with customer and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, methodology, scope, and outcomes of consulting service offerings and their technical design.
• Direct the creation of new offerings and Education aligned with quarterly roadmaps.
• Ensure Education content is accurate and aligned with learning design standards.
• Set and maintain service design, content, and lab standards and templates.
• Set direction for Professional Services Education across on-demand, instructor-led, and hybrid formats.
• Own the TRG master curriculum and ODT/ILT content, including subscription offerings and governance.
