Job summary

Tenable is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Services Architecture & Education, overseeing portfolio offerings, education strategy, and lifecycle governance. You will guide architecture, create new offerings, and ensure high-quality technical content across on-demand, ILT, and hybrid formats.

You will manage a team of architects, drive cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Enablement, and Product, and own the cadence of educational content updates aligned to Tenable’s product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in Information Security.
• 5+ years in vulnerability management and broader cybersecurity operations, preferably with the Tenable product suite.
• 7+ years of professional services, consulting, technical support, sales engineering, or technical training experience.
• Proven experience setting Education strategy and designing and delivering technical curricula across on-demand, instructor-led, and hybrid formats, including subscription or learning platform offerings.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical, content, or consulting teams, including line management and leading experienced teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, methodology, scope, and outcomes of consulting service offerings, and the technical requirements and validation behind them.
• Direct the creation of net-new offerings and Education against the quarterly roadmap set by Portfolio Strategy & Innovation.
• Ensure Architects author and maintain Education content, including in Articulate, to the standard required for technical accuracy and sound learning design.
• Set and maintain service design, content, and lab standards and templates, and review the most strategic offerings before release.
• Lead the Education strategy and manage the Training Subscription, ensuring alignment with governance and controls.
