Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow CMDB and Analytics to lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the CMDB and enterprise analytics. This role partners with platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data and actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days at core locations Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; and Quincy, MA, with 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience.
• 8+ years in configuration management, data governance, or IT operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• Strong budgeting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong data governance and data quality expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CMDB strategy, roadmap, and maturity plan aligned with ServiceNow platform objectives.
• Establish governance processes, standards, and controls for configuration management and CSDM adoption.
• Lead CMDB administrators and analytics specialists, data and governance professionals.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for platform performance and service management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and ITSM teams to ensure data availability.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, staffing models, and resource planning.
• Serve as escalation point for CMDB governance and analytics issues/requests.
• Establish ServiceNow analytics strategy to provide meaningful insights into platform usage and health.
• Translate business needs into practical technology solutions and actions.
