Overview

Gainwell is seeking a Senior Manager Service Delivery to provide transformational leadership to a large team delivering healthcare technology solutions and services to multiple State agencies and Medicaid healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

1. Manage operating and personnel budgets, monitor and optimize spending to adhere to budget plans.
2. Lead resolution of complex technical challenges across systems or domains, providing technical direction and mentorship.
3. Drive team and cross-team productivity by optimizing resources and addressing systemic inefficiencies.
4. Participate in developing new business proposals and implementing or upgrading technology solutions.
5. Build strategic customer relationships, anticipate needs, influence priorities, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's preferred in business, engineering, or related fields.
• 15+ years leading and managing technology delivery teams.
• 5+ years in project and/or program management.
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Role Expectations

• Full-time, permanent salaried position (W-2).
• Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours/week, with occasional travel.

Compensation
