Summary

Your role in our mission
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with Gainwell's business objectives.
  2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  3. Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements to drive innovation and efficiency.
  4. Project Management: Oversee complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project management best practices.
  5. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  6. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
