Responsibilities

• Establish policies and practices for Business Service Delivery teams.
• Direct teams responsible for project management and order fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
• Conduct post-activation reviews to measure business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to improve order velocity.
• Provide feedback based on customer use cases and blockers to stakeholders.
• Advocate for improvements to enhance associate and customer experiences in a changing environment.
