Cable One is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our Business Care Specialists. You will ensure high-quality, white-glove service across calls, chats, and billing while building a strong coaching program for associates.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Billing, Operations, and Cash Management on customer-related initiatives, driving efficiency and cost-savings, and advancing our commitment to exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer care management.
• BS/BA Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Business Care Specialists.
• Ensure white glove service standards across calls, chats, and billing.
• Develop and sustain a high performing coaching program.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Billing, Operations on projects.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
