Job summary

Google's Raxium display group seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process Integration to lead industrialization and yield-scaling efforts for novel semiconductor-based display products. You will extend manufacturing baselines, drive rapid yield learning cycles, and partner across operations, module process engineering, development, and product quality to scale breakthrough consumer hardware.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 7 years of semiconductor process integration or yield engineering experience.
• 4 years of people management leading cross-functional teams through technology ramps.
• Experience with advanced materials sets and integration schemes (e.g., GaN on Si, advanced CMOS).
• PhD preferred with deep expertise in related domains.
• 6 years of people management experience in large-scale integration teams (preferred).
• Experience with statistical analysis methods (DOE, JMP) and handoffs from R&D to production.

Responsibilities

• Own industrialization of semiconductor-based display products and scale yield-optimized processes for high-volume manufacturing.
• Extend robust process baselines and release gates for volume ramp.
• Institute PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and DOE frameworks.
• Bridge upstream Development teams with Operations, Process Modules, and Quality functions.
• Build and mentor a high-caliber integration team and foster data-driven decision making.
