Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• 8 years security, law enforcement, or emergency management experience.
• 2 years managing professionals or program/process management.
• 2 years corporate security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the SIOC strategic vision and operating model.
• Coordinate enterprise security intelligence, incidents, communications.
• Lead intelligence analysis, alarm monitoring, and access control monitoring.
• Define staffing models, workflows, escalation authorities.
• Develop intelligence requirements aligned with enterprise risks.
• Establish policies, post orders, standards for SIOC activities.
• Create measurable performance indicators for SIOC performance.
• Prepare strategic plans for SIOC maturation.
• Provide intelligence briefings to leadership.
• Deliver risk assessments for executive travel and activities.
