IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead external reporting and technical accounting in a fast-paced biotech environment. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, CPA credentials, and public-company experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in public company environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Support Forms 8-K and annual proxy, with associated footnotes and MD&A.
• Oversee SOX compliance program and internal controls improvements.
• Manage equity accounting, stock-based compensation, EPS calculations, and related disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and cross-functional partners.
