Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with external audits and technical accounting research.
• Ability to work on-site in San Ramon, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Oversee consolidated cash flow reporting and disclosures.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors for audits.
• Review stock-based compensation accounting and reporting.
• Research and document technical accounting matters and business implications.
• Monitor SEC developments and lead implementation when needed.
• Prepare technical accounting memorandums.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Support SOX 404 compliance and ad hoc information requests.
