The Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting is a high-visibility role within our Finance Department. Serving as the Company's lead on external reporting and technical accounting team, you will collaborate closely with legal, tax, treasury, FP&A, and investor relations to shape the Company’s financial roadmap and ensure regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Executive Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, and leads the preparation, accuracy, and execution of: All public consolidated financial statement filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q), The financial data included within the Company's earnings releases, Subsidiary entity financial statements and critical internal financial reports, High-impact ad hoc finance initiatives that support our business operations.
