The Position:

The Senior Manager, Scheduling Technical Training, Scheduling & Cell Logistics Team will lead a team of Scheduling Technical Trainers to provide on-boarding, refresher, and specialization training for the Scheduling & Cell Logistics Team (SCLT). This individual will coordinate with Learning & Development and other cross-functional partners to develop training content, refine curricula, and assess SCLT’s overall technical training needs. The team is responsible for managing and triaging Quality document updates, conducting Global Impact Assessments for new process launches, and driving continuous process improvement to enhance global training strategy. Leadership in working groups, process improvement events, and projects is essential, as is enabling a user-centric scheduling experience worldwide.

  • The position is office-based with at least 50% in-office attendance. Remote work requires a consistent setup and internet access.
  • Weekend and holiday on-call support is required as assigned.
  • Travel may be up to 15%, domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
  • Hire, develop, and lead direct reports to deliver exceptional technical training supporting clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patient scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams, Learning & Development, and other partners to develop and refine processes and training.
  • Provide direct training as needed.
  • Create and update training content for regional teams.
  • Contribute to global strategy goals.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as subject matter expert for scheduling processes and system changes.
  • Manage team initiatives, deviations, CAPAs, and escalations.
  • Oversee the Global SCLT Customer Interaction Audit Program.
  • Execute assigned project tasks and ensure team performance.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • 2+ years managing teams, including matrix teams.
  • Experience in regulated environments (cGMP/FDA) preferred.
  • Experience in training content creation and delivery preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications.

The starting salary ranges from $127,000 to $159,000, plus incentives (cash and stock, based on eligibility). Final compensation depends on experience.
