The Senior Manager, Scheduling Technical Training, Scheduling & Cell Logistics Team will lead a team of Scheduling Technical Trainers to provide on-boarding, refresher, and specialization training for the Scheduling & Cell Logistics Team (SCLT). This individual will coordinate with Learning & Development and other cross-functional partners to develop training content, refine curricula, and assess SCLT’s overall technical training needs. The team is responsible for managing and triaging Quality document updates, conducting Global Impact Assessments for new process launches, and driving continuous process improvement to enhance global training strategy. Leadership in working groups, process improvement events, and projects is essential, as is enabling a user-centric scheduling experience worldwide.

The starting salary ranges from $127,000 to $159,000, plus incentives (cash and stock, based on eligibility). Final compensation depends on experience.
