About the Role:
The Senior Demand Planning Manager is responsible for developing demand-based sales forecasts for all products within a Channel or region, by analyzing point of sales, market, historical, and forward-looking data. While this is currently an individual contributor role, it requires cross-functional leadership and influencing skills. This position is critical in the Integrated Business Planning process and requires demand planning expertise.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing and leading processes while leveraging demand planning expertise to guide and influence cross-functional peers, customers, and business partners. You are a team player who can continuously drive improvements to our global demand planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Demand Management for an assigned Channel and/or region
- Review key account point of sales and inventory data to develop monthly forecast models
- Facilitate and lead weekly/monthly planning calls with customers to review sales data, Open to Buy, and variance to plan
- Partner with customers to maximize inventory efficiency and minimize product overstocks
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional demand alignment meetings with sales and finance
- Provide insight to senior leaders and gain consensus on the demand plan, KPI metrics, risks, and opportunities within the Integrated Business Planning cycle
- Develop SKU forecasts in partnership with customers
- Communicate and influence cross-functionally on issues related to product sales forecasts and product availability, and make appropriate recommendations
- Co-develop the inventory flow strategy for product allocations in partnership with Operations and Sales
- Drive continuous improvements to increase forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias
- Develop and maintain best-in-class reporting on product, channel, and seasonality trends
- Play a critical role in any system optimization by providing your subject matter expertise
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve and mature the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- A potential in the future to lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a direct report, with immediate need to demonstrate cross-functional leadership and demand planning subject matter expertise
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excel expertise is a plus; experience in demand planning systems is required
- Experience with Netsuite ERP is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and executive presence skills required
- Beauty/Cosmetic brand experience preferred
- Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is
$130,000 - $150,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
