Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Technology to shape SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) solutions and translate business needs into technical specifications. You’ll lead complex engagements, managing teams and client relationships while delivering high-value SAP DMC capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams across SAP modules, drive architectural design, and ensure successful delivery. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members on shore and offshore.
• Proficient in supply chain best practices within DMC, with benchmarking and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and maintain strong business acumen, staying current with industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
• Motivate diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster an innovative, inclusive environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines in DMC.
