Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice with deep SAP DMC experience to drive strategic solutions that transform manufacturing operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective system architectures for the Digital Manufacturing Cloud.

You will interact with stakeholders to map processes, lead complex engagements, and ensure quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams with onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC-related initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC technical capabilities and maintain business acumen; stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams, providing feedback and coaching in an inclusive environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines in DMC.
