Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) practice in the US. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design architectures, and lead delivery across complex DMC initiatives.

Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholders is essential. You will guide engagements from strategy to execution, drive cost‑benefit analysis, and ensure high‑quality client services while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP/PPC/DMC environments.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams with on/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with DMC focus.
• Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within EY’s DMC service lines.
