Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design effective system architectures, and guide teams to deliver high-quality DMC solutions for manufacturing clients.

You will manage complex engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive cost-benefit analyses while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years relevant SAP/DMC experience.
• Experience leading SAP projects/work streams, on/offshore teams.
• Strong communication, writing, and client-service skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/digital manufacturing and DMC.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee programs and projects, ensuring engagement economics and DMC outcomes.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in DMC and stay current on trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders.
