Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an experienced professional to join the State and Local Sales and Use Tax Automation practice, driving client relationships and project delivery across multiple metropolitan regions. You will manage implementations of tax automation systems and coordinate with ERP platforms to optimize compliance processes.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent, eight years of Sales & Use Tax experience, and strong project management skills, with opportunities to expand services and client

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science.
• Requires an Active CPA license or equivalent designation.
• Minimum eight years of Sales & Use Tax experience.
• Five years of tax automation implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities in sales and use tax automation.
• Oversee daily project tasks and work plans for clients.
• Collaborate with client teams and RSM staff on project deliverables and requirements.
• Coordinate tasks for implementing sales and use tax systems (design, configuration, testing, training).
• Develop and manage project scope and budgets.
• Build vendor and client relationships across the project spectrum.
• Identify opportunities to sell add-on services across RSM lines.
