Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field.
• CPA, JD, or LLM in Taxation, or Enrolled Agent required.
• Minimum six years of state and local income/franchise tax experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex SALT engagements for middle market clients.
• Provide high-value tax advice on nexus, apportionment, and multistate planning.
• Advise on unitary taxation, tax controversy matters, and audit defense.
• Draft internal memorandums and client communications; mentor team members.
• Develop client relationships and collaborate across service lines.
