Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an experienced professional to join our State and Local Tax Automation practice, focusing on sales and use tax automation for middle-market clients. You will manage client relationships, project tasks, budgets and coordinate resources with client teams and RSM staff.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/CS, CPA/EA, 8+ years in sales and use tax, plus 5+ years implementing tax automation with ERP integrations such as Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or CS required.
• CPA/EA or accredited designation preferred.
• 8+ years of Sales & Use Tax experience required.
• 5+ years of tax automation implementation with ERP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of tax automation solutions and ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and targeting for sales and use tax automation projects.
• Manage daily project tasks and work plans for clients.
• Coordinate with client team and RSM staff for project management and deliverables.
• Develop budgets and manage project scope.
• Foster vendor and client relationships and identify add-on services.
