Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a Manager of Process Improvement and Operational Excellence to lead data-driven optimization across Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Agent Operations. You will partner with business, product, technology, analytics, and operations teams to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and drive measurable improvements across cross-functional outreach and platform processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, BI, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience supporting operational processes and data management for Salesforce, Genesys, and portals.
• Proven ability to translate multi-system data into process improvements and insights.
• Experience operating in integrated, enterprise system environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare operations experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Marketplace focused on revenue levers and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across multiple departments and campaigns.
• Support Medicaid redetermination, eligibility, member outreach, renewals, and compliant campaigns.
• Partner with IT, Product, Operations, Analytics, and vendors to align workflows.
• Analyze workflows, system behavior, risks, and dependencies to identify improvements.
• Define future-state processes with clear metrics, accountability, and measurable impact.
