Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales Compensation Planning in Chandler, AZ.

The role designs, analyzes, oversees, and implements Insight’s variable compensation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and company vision. You will drive North America incentive strategy for Sales, Product Marketing, and Service Delivery, partner with leadership, and manage the full incentive design process across multiple roles including recent acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university.
• 10-15years’experience inSalesCompensation including incentive plan design and financial modeling and analysis; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.Services background is preferred.
• Ability to understand all components ofsalescompensation, reviewlarge amountsofdataand provide a coherent analysis of it.
• Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Insight North America's incentive strategy and deployment process for the Sales, Product Marketing, and Service Delivery organizations across multiple go-to-markets.
• Acts as an executive business partner to leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design incentive compensation plans for a variety of roles, incorporating feedback from executives and organizational stakeholders.
• Manage the entire incentive design process, including working with leaders to understand business strategic objectives, to assessing the success of current incentives, to proposing new incentive designs, to determining, operationalizing and communicating new incentives.
• Incentive design scope includes commission plans and bonus plans for roles including:Account Executives, Sales Managers, Executives, Sales Development Reps, and roles from recent acquisitions.
