Our award-winning Cloud HCM platform offers a unified solution database and continuous calculation engine, driving efficiency, productivity, and compliance for the global workforce. Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Sales Analytics to transform how we use data to drive decisions across our global sales organization. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will architect advanced analytical frameworks, dashboards, and drive business insights that contribute to revenue growth and strategic decision-making. Your work will influence sales strategy, go-to-market execution, enablement, and improve performance across the funnel and sales process. You’ll partner closely with senior Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, IT/Data Teams, and Finance leaders to bring clarity to complexity, leading efforts to quantify the business.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy. You bring mastery of Power BI and other leading analytics tools, possess a deep curiosity for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers, and have a proven track record of transforming complex datasets into compelling, executive-level recommendations. Your ability to influence, innovate, and operationalize insights will be instrumental in driving transformative outcomes.

What You’ll Get To Do
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform sales leadership and guide revenue-generating decisions.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards that track current and historical performance across GTM functions: pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, seller productivity, and customer retention.
  • Lead ad hoc analysis, looking for trends and performance drivers.
  • Partner cross-functionally to create, define, and refine KPIs, ensuring alignment on metrics that matter.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders from across functions, surfacing trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities through compelling data storytelling.
  • Run deep-dive analysis into key areas such as forecasting accuracy, segmentation performance, territory coverage, compensation effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
  • Present insights to executive stakeholders, influencing quarterly planning, board prep, and long-range strategic decisions.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across GTM teams through enablement and training on reporting tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and scalability.
Skills And Experience We Value
  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field; preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel modeling. Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market motions (Enterprise and Mid-Market), with knowledge of sales processes, funnel dynamics, and performance levers.
  • A data-driven and business-oriented mindset—you don’t just show what’s happening, you explain why and what to do about it.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across functions.
  • A naturally curious and proactive problem solver who seeks to uncover patterns, test hypotheses, and push thinking forward.
What Would Make You Really Stand Out
  • You’re not just a builder of dashboards; you’re curious and a strategic thinker who helps leadership make better, faster decisions.
  • You have a knack for turning ambiguous problems into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions or propose new approaches.
  • You enjoy collaborating across various departments, and solving problems with innovative approaches.
