Job summary

TaylorMade Golf, a global leader in golf equipment, seeks a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & S&OP for its North America Operations team. You will translate complex data into clear insights, driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.

You will lead and develop a team delivering analytics, strengthen BI capabilities, and support ACE 2030 initiatives to reduce manual work in the S&OP cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand/supply planning, or FP&A.
• 2-3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports NA S&OP by aligning demand, supply, service and inventory.
• Directs prep of pre-read materials, variance narratives and exec presentations.
• Develops scenario and trade-off analyses for capacity allocation and product priorities.
• Partners with Sales, Demand Management and Supply Planning to identify forecast bias and planning gaps.
• Contributes to S&OP process maturity through playbooks, governance and improvements.
• Represents intelligence in cross-functional planning forums for clear, actionable output.
• Oversees dashboards and reporting tools (Domo, Excel/Power Query) and ERP data extracts.
• Tracks OTTP/OTTR performance and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Mentors team members and establishes ownership for recurring deliverables.
