Job summary

TaylorMade Global Operations seeks a Golf Ball Cost Manager with strong cost analytics and supply chain background to lead costing initiatives for golf ball products. You will work with R&D, Engineering, Finance, and leadership to identify true product costs and improve margins across vertically integrated and external supplier scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in costing, NPI, product development, sourcing, or engineering.
• Continuous education efforts to support PM, sourcing strategy, and supply chain metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity-based costing to identify cost by product type and facility.
• Lead cross-functional margin initiatives by implementing cost reduction across facilities and suppliers.
• Build financial models to aid leadership with capital investments.
• Create and present supply chain strategy initiatives to senior leadership.
• Lead supplier proposals/quotations, negotiating terms to optimize cost.
• Support cost reviews and design-for-manufacture cost options with R&D and Engineering.
• Represent sourcing in development and NPI meetings.
• Develop and manage a sourcing strategy for faster, cost-effective delivery.
