Job summary

TaylorMade Golf seeks an experienced Senior Analyst, Product Master Data to own product data end-to-end across Apparel, Accessories, Bags, and Footwear from San Clemente. You will safeguard data accuracy across core systems and ensure brand, product, and go-to-market alignment with cross-functional teams.

You will manage style, style color, and SKU creation; maintain pricing, costing, HTS codes, duties, and delivery dates; and drive data governance, KPIs, and dashboards to support Finance and BI

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with PLM, ERP, and BI platforms (Domo, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort validating large data sets across systems.
• SQL or database querying experience preferred.
• Experience writing and maintaining data governance documentation and SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Data governance and cross-system data flow with multiple stakeholders.
• Document data standards and maintain governance matrices.
• Support integrations and raise sync errors or conflicts.
• Define and track data quality KPIs and build dashboards.
• Own the master data request/change workflow with defined SLAs.
• Maintain a clean product hierarchy and audit trail.
