Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee clinical outcomes and process improvement across the campus. You will drive performance metrics, coach nursing teams, and coordinate improvement initiatives to achieve high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with campus leadership to ensure resources and financial stewardship are in place for sustained success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership roles in a health care setting.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• Experience in the clinical setting related to the area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Directs oversight of clinical outcomes and clinical process measures for standardization.
• Drives performance metrics, analyzes data trends, and coaches nursing teams to improve performance.
• Manages all campus performance improvement activities related to clinical outcomes.
• Responsible for the successful implementation and sustainment of processes in patient care areas that support clinical teams.
• Evaluates current programs, leads improvement strategies, and develops business plans that optimize performance.
• Acts as a change agent, utilizing change theory to plan for organizational change.
• Collaborates with campus leaders and stakeholders to ensure departments have the resources needed to deliver care.
• Analyzes financial statements, manages financial resources, and educates team members on financial implications of patient care decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Licenses and Certifications
