The position requires a BSN (RN) with 5+ years in nursing leadership and 2+ years in a clinical leadership role; MSN preferred. Florida Level 2 background screening may apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Directs operational responsibility for the oversight and evaluation of clinical outcomes and clinical process measures for standardization.
• Drives performance metrics, analyzes data trends, and coaches nursing teams to improve performance.
